There is a 3-month new employee training program where you learn business etiquette, company rules, and product knowledge while gaining hands-on experience with actual products. Furthermore, since many of the training sessions are taught by senior employees, it provides a great opportunity to engage closely with colleagues, allowing you to resolve any questions on the spot as you work toward your growth. After assignment, you can take correspondence courses, special training, and seminars. In principle, the company covers the cost of taking courses and exams for acquiring various qualifications, including skill tests.
