Based on information from sales, the design team creates drawings tailored to the customer's application. We procure numerous parts according to custom specifications that vary with each vehicle, moving forward with preparations for manufacturing.

We modify the base "chassis (truck without a bed)" by cutting frames and performing other work to equip the body. Simultaneously, we manually weld and assemble each pipe to create the airflow that vacuums up materials.

After performing a surface treatment called "shot blasting" to improve paint adhesion, all parts, big and small, are painted manually. We also accommodate customer requests for specific color schemes and designs.

Painted pumps, piping, and other components are assembled onto the chassis. Then, the largest component, the tank, is lifted by a crane, mounted onto the chassis, and secured.

We measure the weight, length, width, and height of the completed vehicle. Additionally, we meticulously inspect the undercarriage for abnormal sounds, heat generation, loose bolts, and other issues.

We perform finishing touches such as neatly bundling wiring and affixing caution stickers. After completing final inspections, vehicles are shipped from our Kochi factory to customers nationwide.
